New Hanse-Aerospace Member
VAMT has recently become a member of the Hanse-Aerospace. HANSE-AEROSPACE e. V. is an association of aviation and space industries. Their member companies represent a wide spectrum from development companies, makers and maintenance companies to aviation and space oriented service companies. Training schools, universities and universities of applied science round the membership off. A total of 14,000 staff - about fifteen percent of all personnel employed in the German aviation and space industries - work for HANSE-AEROSPACE member companies. The member companies have a total annual turnover of 11 billion Euros, 1.5 billion of it in space and aviation. In Europe northern Germany as well as Toulouse are locations offering aviation and space industry expertise in the following areas:
- Civil aviation
- Final assembly of the Airbus A318, A319 and A321
- Part manufacture and delivery centre for the A380
- Maintenance, repair and overhaul facilities (MROs)
- Space
- Electronics and microelectronics in the avionics field
- Further facilities in the engineering, production, technical documentation and spare parts supply (Product Support) fields, mainly for civil aviation
- Airport equipment

The Fuchsfelge® is on its way to Hong Kong
For all Porsche 911 enthusiasts, we have organised the first shipment of the Fuchsfelge® to Hong Kong. Arriving by July 21st it will be exclusively distributed in Hong Kong by VAMT. Visiting ILA - Berlin Air Show 2014
The Berlin Air Show took place from May 20-25, 2014 at the Berlin ExpoCenter Airport. We, from Voss AVIATION & MOTION TECHNOLOGY LIMITED visited the show to meet with our partners to exchange the latest industry news on the Asian aerospace industry developments. This year China was the focus of interest as several delegations from the Chinese aerospace industry visited the Berlin Air Show for high level meetings with their German and European counter parts. We also had a number of interesting discussions with potential new partners, who are looking at business expansion into Asia.

Transport and Logistics Management Assistant
For many years the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce, in cooperation with the German Swiss International School (GSIS), coordinates a professional training program for young people in Hong Kong according to German standards and the German Dual System. Each year about 30 youths begin their professional training for "Wholesale and Foreign Trade Management Assistant" and "Transport and Logistics Management Assistant". The training takes two years. Like in Germany the trainee work in their company for 3,5 days a week, the remaining 1,5 days they attend the Business College.
Spontaneous Relief Work to support the victims of Typhoon YOLANDA
All of us have been deeply saddened by the tragedies that have affected the people of the Philippines following the force of typhoon Yolanda. We have been especially moved by stories of suffering by those in the Eastern Visayas and Tacloban City.
Inspired by the immediate relief aid work initiated by Susana Voss-Cruz, we have contacted some of our business partners for help and support to provide goods for aid. TROGE MEDICAL provided medical products and VAN BAERLE hygiene products, which were air-freighted with the support of LOGWIN Logistics to Hong Kong. In Hong Kong these goods were further consolidated with other aid products for a shipment directly to the disaster areas in the Philippines.
This is an unprecedented tragedy and we are fortunate that within our sector, we have been able to pull together in support for those who continue to live the impact of this disaster.
